Residential installations start at $900, which is our minimum, and the average home is about $1,500. Larger or more complex displays can range from $5,000 to $8,000. Business and HOA displays have a $1,500 minimum. Your price depends on the size of your home and how much you want lit, and it covers the full season: design, the lights, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage.

No. We own the lights. They're included in your service, and we maintain, remove and store them after each season.

Every seasonal installation covers the whole season: a custom lighting design for your property, professional installation, in-season service if anything stops working, removal after the holidays, and labeled off-season storage until next year.

We use clips, or hot glue on surfaces where clips won't work. We choose the method based on your home's surfaces.

Contact us. In-season service is part of every seasonal installation, so we come back to fix problems like a dark bulb or strand while your display is up.

Seasonal lighting is installed before the holidays, then removed and stored after them each year. Permanent lighting is mounted to your home and stays up year-round, so it can be turned on for Christmas, other holidays, game days, celebrations and everyday curb appeal without being reinstalled each season.

Yes. We design and install holiday displays for businesses and HOAs, including storefronts, plazas, entrances and community clubhouses, with the same design, in-season service, takedown and storage as our residential installations.

Yes. If your community requires approval for holiday lighting, we can help with the HOA approval process.

Book as early as you can. The earlier you book, the earlier we can get your lights up, and our schedule fills quickly.

Takedown is included with every seasonal installation. It begins January 1 and typically takes about three weeks, so your lights will come down during that window.
